With experience in classrooms, administration, and educator coach, she strives to support early childhood professionals to continue to raise the bar for high quality early education. Cynthia’s passion is assuring that young children have developmentally appropriate, engaging and most of all memorable experiences growing up. Through professional development opportunities, consulting, and mentoring, she works to create relationships with early childhood professionals that build upon their interests, skill level and goals. Cynthia has her BA in Psychology and master’s in special education, both from Regis College. She is a Certified Human Behaviour Specialist through the Fitzgerald Institute and Director II qualified through Massachusetts EEC. It is the combination of her education and experience that has inspired her to be a leader in this field.
